There are few things as annoying as a too-big hat, as one gust of wind later and said hat could end up in a gutter somewhere. But what if they're purposely oversized? Large and in charge, these hats were the icing on the cake for lots of runway shows this season, with YSL showing a gigantic floppy version, Dior with a squashed top hat, and Jean Paul Gaultier with a leopard-print sack-hat that seems like an updated version of the '90s staple. With hemlines getting longer and everything going the slouchy route, are hats getting bigger, too? And more importantly, can you get behind (or, under, rather) oversize hats?
