At the first sign of rain, we normally like to tuck under a good hat and make a mad dash for cover. But during Fashion Week, we caught a few well-heeled revelers who made that dependable slicker seem so passe. And now that the clouds seem to be rumbling back in, we're taking a page from their books and assembling our own rain-friendly looks, pieces that prove practicality can still have plenty of wet n' wild appeal.
