Taste Test The Mission’s Hotly Anticipated Salumeria This Week!

Salumeria SF
One of the most hotly anticipated (double) restaurant openings of 2012? That'd be the Central Kitchen and Salumeria properties from the dudes behind much-beloved Mission spot, Flour + Water. One spot housing two delicious (and different) restos? You know how we love having options....
And while the sure-to-be-tasty cured-meat and sammie shop Salumeria won't be opening its doors until late April, folks can get a taste test of the yumminess on two occasions this week.
First off, on Wednesday, Flour + Water hosts a pop-up eatery serving utterly yummy $5 antipasti and $10 Italian sandwiches around lunchtime. Then, on Friday night at Clooney's Pub on Valencia Street, folks can shell out $10 for charcuterie plates and other goodies.
