We use the Join Life label on clothing that is produced using technology and raw materials that help us to reduce the environmental impact of our products. MATERIALS We work with monitoring programmes to ensure compliance with our social, environmental and health and safety standards for our garments. To assess compliance, we have developed a programme of audits and continuous improvement plans. OUTER SHELL 100% cotton Recycled cotton Recycled cotton is obtained from cotton textile waste sorted by type and colour and later shredded and transformed into new cotton fibre. The use of recycled cotton reduces the consumption of virgin raw materials. By transforming the cotton waste into a new recycled fibre, we avoid the cultivation of new cotton plantations. This way, waste is also transformed into a resource. CERTIFICATIONS We only use recycled cotton certified by organisations which monitor the process from the source to the final product.
