When I first used this gloss on the high points of my face (in place of a regular highlighter), I could feel the gloss sitting there and catching stray pieces of hair in its sticky trap. Then, I put it on my lids and was happy again. Like other glossy eyeshadows out there, this one does move around your lids, but the transparent finish is flattering regardless.
