Social Media Week Comes To Miami: Here’s What Not To Miss

Yes, Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, Instagram, and all the other social media sites have changed our lives in ways that tickle our fashion fancy more than we'd like to admit (how the heck would we Miamiams have survived #NYFW without minute-to-minute tweets?). But social media is still a relatively new and developing field—sometimes it can get confusing, especially if you're trying to build a brand. Enter Social Media Week. It began four years ago in New York City with expert panels on various subjects, and this year marks Miami’s time to shine with slew of events happening all week. To celebrate the Week's first year down south, we went ahead and picked two solid events you’ll want to attend if you want to be the next all-star blogger or just make your business some cash (or both!).

Fashion and Beauty Bloggers (FABB) Roundtable:
Pop in and listen to various local blogging pros dish on how Miami has made its digital fashion mark. One of the panelists is our very own Miami editor, so you really can’t excuse yourself from this one.

Beauty of Social Networking for Your Business:
While sipping and snacking on free refreshments, you can hear a number of female entrepreneurs discuss various ways to utilize social media in business ventures.
