Benefit Cosmetic + Kenneth Cole Event

We love a stellar spring beauty event. So, we’re thrilled to learn that Benefit and Kenneth Cole are teaming up for some good ol’ makeover fun. Stop in the Kenneth Cole store at Westfield Mall and get gussied up by the pros. Sounds like a sweet way to spend an evening to us.

Color Me Happy: The World of Chloe Fleury

Scurry over to La Boutique for an interesting glance into the playful world of fashion illustrator Chloe Fleury. The French artist’s stylish works, which boast cartoony and crafty takes of S.F. scenery and fashionable folks, are absolutely adorable and quirky. This is her first solo exhibition — so come toast Chloe and enjoy tasty treats like cotton candy and lemonade. This event is too cute-slash-yummy to miss. Color us happy!

Slow Beer Festival

Beer lovers, this one’s for you. Sip local, eco-friendly brewskies and munch fresh eats at this innovative fest. The slow-beer movement is a rapidly expanding and eco-centric endeavor and this event highlights some of the best and brightest slow-brew stars. So, you can get your buzz on for a good, earth-friendly cause.

Jean Paul Gaultier History Lecture

Still haven’t checked out the captivating Gautier exhibit? Why not make a day of it and catch a little lecture while you’re at it? The de Young is hosting a free chat about JPG, the exhibit, and the rise of street culture. Museum admission isn’t required, but you’re going to want to peep it after discussing the designer in such depth. Plus, let us remind you, it's amazing.

Clary Sage Organics Grand Opening in San Jose

We’re kind of obsessed with Clary Sage Organics, so making the trip to San Jose to check out the second CSO store (the first is on Fillmore Street) is a no-brainer. The eco-friendly boutique is setting up shop on Santana Row and to celebrate, it's hosting a welcoming party on Thursday. Pop by for a night of earthy libations, tunes, and bites.
