When you think of Elie Tahari, you can't help but envision contemporary sophistication, well made products, and elegance, and, thanks to his relaunched ecommerce site, this visual becomes even clearer and, more importantly, all the more shop-able. Take it from our shopping experience last night (we got styled by Joe Zee and Mr. Tahari himself and picked up a pair of killer leather shorts!), the new redesigned site is sure to serve up some great staple pieces for fall, including perfect suede booties, camel colored coats, and red velvet pants we died for. Not only does the .com include sleeker navigation and content, but it will also feature ETC, Tahari's webazine. The click-to-buy editorial pages will feature tastemakers and insiders, and, given Elie's fun and personable manner, it's sure to be an internet style destination. When we closed our eyes last night we had dreams of leather, shearling, and leopard prints, and now, with the redesign, we have no excuse not to circle back for more decadence (bank account beware)!
