Anyone who's worked retail knows the holidays are grueling — heck, any customer service-y gig is exhausting on a good day — but this time of year is particularly intense. And Black Friday? Get outta town.
But, hey, if you have to work Black Friday, you might as well have an attitude like Scot. Scot works at a Target in Westminster, Md., and he gave his coworkers a pep talk to end all pep talks. And it rhymed! Maybe Scot amped himself up by watching that scene from 300 with Gerard Butler yelling about Sparta. (Hey, remember Gerard Butler?)

Here's the text of his speech. Print it out and tape it to your mirror for when you're getting psyched up for your next family holiday gathering.
"People of Target, brothers, sisters, hear me now. They're standing out there — any moment now, those doors will be breached. Whatever comes through those gates, you will stand your ground with a smile on your face. They come here with bargains in their heads and fire in their eyes, and we shall give those bargains to them. We will show them that we are not just the best store in this neighborhood, but the best store anywhere. Because we are more than just a store. This is a team. This is a family. THIS IS TARGET."
