Liz Lemon, Is That You? In A Tube Top No Less?

Liz Lemon, we hardly knew ye. While the beloved 30 Rock character was working on her night cheese on the Upper West Side, Tina Fey stepped out in midtown wearing a head-turning ensemble that would've made Lemon cringe in her sweatsuit. But, when you've got a date with David Letterman, you've got to dress up.

For The Late Show With David Letterman taping, the comedian opted for a formfitting high-waisted black skirt and strapless green tube top. To give the traditional cocktail silhouette a modern twist, the bustier is embellished with small golden flowers that's whimsical but not silly. Fey says no to additional embellishments, rounding out the look with a pair of classic black patent heels (and an unmistakeable red sole).

Fey is currently promoting her new film, This Is Where I Leave You. The cast includes Jason Bateman, Jane Fonda, and a whole slew of celebrities that'll surely make for fun red-carpet interactions. But, we're looking forward to more Liz Lemon done up on the press tour.
