Tory Burch Opening First-Ever Accessories-Only Shop In S.F.

In an article published this morning, WWD chatted up Tory Burch and found out about her extensive plans through 2013, including a fragrance deal, her first runway show (taking place next week), menswear and activewear launches, and Burch's first accessories-only shop that'll be located in our very own San Francisco. The 1,300-square-foot boutique, nestled in the Westfield Shopping Centre, is set to open later this month on September 30. “It is an experiment, and it is also a great growth opportunity, especially in areas where we might not be comfortable putting a full Tory Burch store,” explains Tory Burch president Brigitte Kleine of their first-ever concept shop of this variety. Of course, accessories account for the lion's share of Burch's business, which is set to make $500 million in sales by the end of the year. For S.F. fans craving Burch's apparel designs, however, the Maiden Lane shop with the full collection is only a few minutes away on foot. For more on Burch's rapid expansion, head to the link below.
