Pop-up shops and pop-up restos are a dime a dozen, but this summer we're all about L.A.'s hot new pop-up wine bar! Whitney Adams and Jill Bernheimer from Domaine L.A. have teamed up with the coolest restaurants in L.A. to create a mobile wine bar called Ubriaca L.A. that everyone is talking about. This wandering wine bar will set up shop in borrowed—and licensed!—spaces all over L.A. and each session will focus on the wines of a different region, grape, style, or theme—for just $10 per glass. The first round is at Salt’s Cure, which will feature a delicious selection of Italy's best vinos, which is apt as ubriaca means drunk in Italian. Salud!
