Glitter makeup can be your best friend or your worst enemy. On one hand, hello, it's sparkly and makes anyone who wears it immediately 100 times cooler. But, on the other hand, once that dreaded makeup-removal time arrives, you start to question why you ever thought it was a good idea. So, when we heard that Urban Decay came out with a glitter adhesive that comes off with just a rinse of water (yes, you read that right), we had to test it out for ourselves.
