Window Shopper: We Heart Aztec-Inspired Jeans

redeemslidefinal

When we spotted those — you know,
those
— Isabel Marant Navajo-inspired jeans all over the street-style blogosphere, we died a little inside — partly because they were that amazing, and partly because once an item you covet becomes an online sensation, you're pretty much guaranteed to never find it on sale anywhere, ever.

So, we were pretty stoked when we popped into 14th Street boutique Redeem over the weekend and spied Kill City Denim's Southwestern-print skinny jeans. They're not an exact replica — more of a riff on the theme — but we're digging it. Plus, the fact that they're a lightly faded gray, not white, means they'll probably stay pristine a little longer. We'd pair them with an oversized white button-down, a sharp black blazer, and killer pumps for a night out. Come Saturday afternoon, they'd look gorgeously grunge-y with a loose knit pullover and slouchy motorcycle boots. Obsession = satisfied.
