Easter is the perfect opportunity, and we're really digging the spread at Essensia. The farm-to-table resto, set in the luxurious Palms Hotel, is stepping up to the ahem, plate, and taking their always stellar brunch buffet to the next level. The vibe here is perfect for an elegant Girl's Day Out — take our word for it and snag a seat on the pool terrace, where the luscious palm trees make for a crazy-relaxing locale. As for food (you can't survive on gossip alone, right?), we love the much-hailed burrata and heirloom salad — it's light enough to leave tons of room for bottomless mimosas. Or go for the roasted ham with whole grain mustard, if you're looking for more traditional holiday fare. Brunch served 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., $49 per person.

Style's the word at this hotspot in the Mondrian hotel. You'll come for the scene and stay for the food, which is an interesting mix of asian and latin cuisine, created by superstar restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow. Brunch is pricey here, but it comes with bottomless mimosas and sure-to-be-stellar people-watching, and the prix fixe doesn't hurt if you're up for either. Try the popular Calamari Salad, or get adventurous with the Whole Pig Cooked Cuban Style, if you dare.

You'll want to dress to impress, and a drool-worthy dress and statement blazer will set you apart from the rest of the fashion-forward diners. Add a sun hat in case you decide to sit outside, with the breathtaking view of the skyline. Regular brunch hours, $68 per person.

Step it up a notch at this modern café — the art deco vibe just begs you to have a little fun. The much-lauded (3.5 stars from the Miami Herald, ohh-la-la) resto will be serving their normal brunch, but they'll be bringing around an Easter-themed dim sum cart to delight your inner child. We're talking homemade peeps, chocolate truffled eggs, and pastel eclairs. We say: Cadbury who?

To match the sleek interiors, you'll want a look that's a bit more pulled-together. Red lips will pop against the room's neutral banquettes. Try something soft and floral but edge it up a bit by rocking a couple neon accessories (neon is the sleek alternative to Easter-friendly pastels, anyway). Whimsical patterns and electric-bright colors are some of our favorite combinations ever, and the structured interior of The Tudor will serve as a nice background to your look. Now, finding an outfit to hide the food belly after you munch on all those peeps is a whole other story...
