And because we're obsessed, a few more interesting tidbits not captured in these two reports: Altuzarra is a hoarder of scented candles ("I'm a season-specific collector," he says, explaining that Halloween candles and Christmas candles are in his arsenal), a Food Network junkie who has a thing for Paula Deen, and is a major fan of "low brow" interests.
