Meet personal trainer/dominatrix Mistress Anna, who offers a Forced Fitness Fetish class. Her circuit-style workout combines BDSM and traditional exercises (think squats with spanking, and a wall-sit hold while someone sits on you). “I think, for many people who don’t exercise, there is an assumption that boot camps generally are quite sadistic. I really don’t think a Forced Fetish boot camp is a drastic progression,” Mistress Anna says in an interview with Daily Life.

Indeed, there are some parallels between the drill-sergeant-like instructors at traditional boot camps and Mistress Anna's fem-dom commands ("Push harder! Get lower!"). But, don't expect to see any fancy yoga pants here; client workout apparel ranges from underwear to gimp suits — and everything in between.
These classes blur the boundaries between getting fit and getting off, Mistress Anna explains; they provide both a sexual and a physical release.
