Shipley & Halmos Spring 2011: Dinos Attack!

Where do inflatable red T-Rexs fit into fashion? In Shipley & Halmos' spring '11 lookbook, of course. While the dinos aren't necessarily a piece of the collection per se, they acted as the perfect prop to highlight the line's playful approach to design. For a clean look that doesn't take itself too seriously, designers Sam Shipley and Jeff Halmos stuck to straight, organic lines colored with a soft palette of rose, corals, and various blue hues. Our favorites pieces include a graphic striped tank dress paired with a bunny mask (why not?), and an array of awesomely structured separates. We love fashion fused with a sense of humor, and this whimsical spin on the classics has got us craving some S & H for spring.
