We imagined that when we opened up Target.com this morning, we'd be able to fill our little e-carts with as many striped, zigzagged, chevron goodies as our hearts could handle… And now, we're only getting this placeholder image of a Target maintenance pooch. We tried accessing the site at 7 a.m. EST, and were already experience issues. But now, the site has completely vanished by 10 a.m.. We're only imagining the actual Target stores to be experience just as much chaos. So, how is it? Did anyone manage to score anything, online or in-store?
