Can we keep this between us? Pinkie swear? We've got a problem. And, it's not getting better. Just the opposite — as the temperature rises, our craving for — wait for it — wrist candy gets out of control. Enter, our dealer of choice, the muy handsome Michael Saiger, whose accessory line, MIANSAI, is currently the hottest drug on the market. His collection, which was born from a DIY experiment in his aparment, can now be found everywhere from Colette to Barneys, and, naturally, it's all based in the 305. In fact, he produces all of his pieces right here in his Design District studio. Because we want to know everything 'bout his line of bracelets (hooks, ID tags, Nantucket cuffs) and accessories (keychains, necklaces, even a 24-karat-gold iPhone case), we took an exclusive tour — photog in tow — of his Americana-awesome digs/factory, and got the scoop on the bracelet-making process, Saiger's style inspirations, and Miami hot spots. Sorry narcs, our photos are not quite illegal. But there's definite danger involved — at least for your wallet.
