We just can’t help but get a little watery-eyed when discussing Taylor Swift’s elegant evolution into adulthood. It’s like watching a little sister suddenly sprout from a sparkle-obsessed teen into this stunning, put-together country crooner.

First with the Vogue cover, and now this charming polka-dots-and-pony look — we’re pretty pleased with all the maturity Miss Swift is throwing at us (particularly after that Grammy performance...). Leaving L.A. brunch staple Toast, she worked a red lip, a floaty and flirty Dolce & Gabbana frock, and tortoise shell sunnies.
