The Man Repeller Prepares Our Staff For Spring At The New Bloomie’s

Hopefully, you’ve been following Ms. Leandra Medine (aka, The Man Repeller) as she puts the refreshed, rehabbed Bloomingdale’s through its retail paces. Naturally, we couldn’t let her walk out the door without applying her unquestioned styling skills and knowledge of upcoming spring trends to one of our beloved staffers, Editorial Assistant Gina Marinelli. This, of course, was after viewing the new DKNY section whose floor-to-ceiling video displays of runway shows transfixed us all for a good 20 minutes (or was it 30?). As you can see from Gina’s looks and Leandra’s smiles, the new Bloomie’s gets a thumb’s up from The Man Repeller. At least, we’re pretty sure it does — we lost her in the racks somewhere between Trina Turk and Nanette Lepore before we finished. If you see her, tell her to give us a call. We’re worried.
