The Sartorialist Makes More Than $250,000 A Year

Scott Schuman interviewed with The Talks this morning about fashion blogs, and had a few illuminating things to say about the business of blogging. With advertising alone, Scott's raked in "more than a quarter million and less than a half a million" in banner ads from American Apparel and Net-a-Porter. This figure is still substantially less than ads spent for magazine pages, but Schuman is confident that he still has the upper hand: "I think everyone knows not to believe in magazines anymore, they know that magazines are just page after page of advertisers." Click through to read the rest of the interview where he sure isn't shy about voicing his opinions about Tavi and other young fashion bloggers. (The-Talks)
