So, we were dying to try out Philosophy's new mattifying serum, which promises to keep skin matte and fresh, minimize the appearance of pores, and even improve our skin's quality over time. Those are some pretty lofty claims, and we tend to be a little bit cynical about anything actually saving us from summer's beauty plagues.
