Sorry, kids. The ongoing, Warholian, parody project that is James Franco's life probably won't get any stage time at Kanye West's wedding.
Tuesday on The View, Franco claimed that although West asked him to perform at his wedding to Kim Kardashian — specifically, "Bound 3," his tongue-in-throat parody of West's "Bound 2" with Seth Rogen — the chances of it happening live are slim.
"Kim loved the video," Franco told The View hosts, "and we didn't hear back from Kanye. So, we kind of felt like he's not bashing us but he probably hates it, but he's not going to say anything. But, then, two weeks ago, we got a call from Kanye. Seth and I were on the phone. We thought he was just going to let us have it. But, he loved it. And, I'm pretty sure I can say it now because I'm pretty sure it's not going to happen. He wanted us to perform it live the night before his wedding at Versailles."
Too bad. Even though we must've missed TheKnot.com's article on how 2014 is the year for heterosexuals performing homosexual mime at weddings, watching these two dudes kiss is, after all, quite hilarious. (Cosmopolitan)
