Update: Kendall Jenner has confirmed the rumors, and posted a glimpse at her upcoming campaign on Instagram — click ahead for another sneak preview.
Kendall Jenner has just landed her first major print campaign, and it's a doozy. It was announced today via Twitter that Jenner will star in Givenchy's fall 2014 ads. Lensed by Mert & Marcus, the dark, moody shot also features brand stalwarts like Mariacarla Boscono and Jamie Bochert, as well as Peter Brant ll, son of model Stephanie Seymour, and fellow member of the young, rich, and pretty club.
True, Jenner is not exactly given pride of place in this ad. It actually took us a moment to locate her, brooding in the corner. Still, this does represent a major leap forward for her career. And, coming on the heels of her walking high-profile runway shows earlier this year (Givenchy among them), her majorly statement-making dress at the Much Music awards, and her controversial editorials, Jenner's now officially got a fix on all aspects of the fashion world. Some folks are already calling it the year of Kendall Jenner — we're calling it another entry in the annals of the Jendashian clan's plan for world domination.

Jenner is undeniably stunning, here — even without her famously strong brow game in play. She actually looks like a miniature Mariacarla Boscono. Now, someone direct us to this sumptuous room where louche ladies chill in snake-print dresses and show off their cheekbones...
