Without fail, health goals are among the most popular New Year's resolutions made by the most well-intentioned each January. Vowing to "exercise more" and "eat more healthily" (or try veganism, like seemingly everyone else) are the most obvious ways to hop on the #wellness train, but why stop there?
There were plenty of bizarre and potentially dangerous wellness fads that sucked people in this year – appetite-suppressant lollipops, anyone? – and no doubt some even more outrageous ones will pop up in 2019. Until then, here's a selection of the other health and wellness trends predicted to take over Instagram and women's media next year.
