The rules around lockdown in the UK may be on their way out after a year of on and off social distancing and self-isolation but it doesn't mean completely back to normal. While socially distant barbecues are permitted, there are many of us (this writer included) who just don't have access to outdoor grilling spaces.

But that doesn't mean that we can't join in the fun in our own way. We may not be able to recreate the summer BBQs of years gone by but we can throw open the windows and bring the flavours in.
