Bellissimo! Dolce & Gabbana Hosts A Restoration Of Fellini’s Satyricon

Some things just go together. Denim and denim, Raf Simons and Dior, Dolce & Gabbana and Federico Fellini. Yes, it makes perfect sense that an event honoring the man who put Italian cinema on the map would go hand-in-hand with the brand that did the same for Italian fashion. The iconic director's chef d'oeuvre got a major makeover this weekend at NYC's Lincoln Center, where true Fellini fans (including yours truly) saw a beautifully restored version of the Satyricon.

Even in the oldest, most faded versions, the intense colors are the standout star of this film — so, you can imagine how eye-popping it was to see it on a big screen in its finest form. And, of course, let's not forget the party!
