Check Out Zac Posen’s New (Slightly) Lower-Priced Line

Clearly, we're all about designer duds over here at R29 — there's just something so fabulous about donning that luxurious fabric and rocking your favorite label. That said, it's hard to stock your closet full of Alex Wang and Céline when you're not, you know, Kate Middleton. As we've all noticed, the fashion world has truly taken note. Tons of designers du jour have picked up the trend of creating diffusion and contemporary lines, selling their high-end goods in a more mass fashion, with much friendlier price points. (Uh, hello Target.)

Zac Posen is the latest to step up to the (slightly discounted) plate, with the arrival of his Zac Zac Posen collection. Zac Zac Posen will be slightly more aspirational than the not-so-successful Z Spoke collection, and carry pieces like leather pants, printed blouses, and a to-die-for silk blazer (in our humble opinion). The collection will kick off with pre-fall, and show up in stores like Intermix and Neiman Marcus.
