This Appointment-Only Pop Up Is Our Idea Of Paradise

Confession: Before each and every pop-up shop opens, we always brace ourselves. We've come to expect the unexpected, sometimes encountering strange and unforeseen scenarios (we realize crazed customers don't help the cause, either!). So, when we caught wind of the latest project from Citizens of Humanity, our hearts skipped a serious beat.
Though they've been around for nearly a decade, the denim brand is launching its first-ever temporary space on Beverly. In addition to denim wares, the merch will encompass a curated selection of accessories, home decor, photography, art, and food, which will communicate the company's relaxed and refined image. For six months, the appointment-only boutique will not only be an interactive shopping experience for guests, but it will become an oasis (cozy lounge and espresso bar included) for all hurried folks far and wide. Seriously, we kind of wish all shopping events were just as calm, cool, and collected as this (but, don't get us wrong, we also secretly love the rush of a stampede-style sale every once in a while!).
When: Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sundays, noon to 5 p.m.
Where: Citizens of Humanity, 8747 Beverly Boulevard (between North Robertson and North San Vicente boulevards); 310-432-4540.
