Frank Ocean Channels A Dapper DTLA Dude For Band Of Outsiders

Once again, we're sending major props to whoever is responsible for location scouting Band of Outsiders' celebrated polaroid lookbooks. From Hollywood Forever Cemetery to Glendale's Gene Autry National Center (with Michelle Williams and Amy Adams as models, respectively), SoCal-based scenery always plays a major supporting role in the casting.
So, we've known for nearly one week that the next men's campaign shoot would take place at the Times building in DTLA (thanks to a little Insta-sleuthing), but we weren't sure who would follow in Josh Brolin, Ed Ruscha, Tom Felton, and Rupert Grint's well-heeled footsteps. It turns out the L.A. brand tapped Frank Ocean for its spring '13 series — and, quite honestly, we should've seen this coming! The crooner has been hot on everyone's lips, and even channeled orange yellow in a Band of Outsiders tux during his recent Grammys performance. It was only a matter of time before this fashionable fella landed himself a bona-fide campaign.
So, how did the hip-hop muse fare? From the first batch of shots we'd say he's living the sweet life. And, be sure to keep visiting this story: We'll be updating the slideshow through Sunday with even more snaps, right as they come in.
