Over the years, we've made no secret of our major girl crush on Freida Pinto. The fresh-faced actress manages to look perpetually flawless — and don't even get us started on how jealous we are of her silky-smooth hair. Our infatuation continues this week, with Pinto's fancy-free updo.
Pinto stepped out for a Maiyet, Nest, and Barneys New York-hosted dinner at the Consulate General of India, to celebrate the groundbreaking new Nest Varanasi Silk Weaving (— the resulting hand-loomed silk collection will be sold exclusively at Barneys). We're also loving her nod to her Indian roots — how stunning are those colors? — and the easy-breezy-meets-pulled-together feel of her updo. Combined with her just-enough-to-please makeup, we are so on board.
