Ladies, take note: Kelly Osbourne is the only inspiration you need to brush off the haters and just do you this summer. The Fashion Police host has this air of confidence about her on the cover of Cosmopolitan's July issue that's seriously infectious. Her lilac hair looks flawless, and she rocks every imaginable variation of polka dots like a champ.

Perhaps it's the candy-colored wardrobe and makeup, but Osbourne's never looked better. Maybe it has something to do with a little ol' thing called love, but we're guessing she's the type of girl who doesn't need a man to feel great. She's not afraid to gush, though, "He [fiancé Matthew Mosshart] just wants to love me, and I just wanted to be loved by him." The host is also not shy about her family and their very public problems, and even opens up to Cosmo about her own beef with Lady Gaga.
