Well, this has gotta be a first: We've seen celebrities, designers, and even hotels lend their names to nail polish, but until now, we'd never seen a mani inspired by a piece of literature.
Zoya, one of our go-to brands for "healthy" polish (it's 100% vegan) has teamed up with author Emily Liebert to release a trio of nail polishes inspired by characters from her new book, You Knew Me When. It's a light, lounging-on-a-Sunday kind of read about sisterhood, friendship, forgiveness and the like — so, we guess this is a better fit, than say, Modern Family for Nicole by OPI (doesn't get much more random than that, right?).
All that being said, we dig these three beautiful colors — a moody plum, cherry red, and pitch-perfect hunter green — and we'd say they're worthy of a weekend DIY mani (followed by a relaxing read, perhaps?).
Zoya You Knew Me When Nail Polish Trio, $24, available at Zoya.
