Abigail Breslin’s Not So Little Miss Sunshine With New Boyfriend

Seeing our favorite young Hollywood stars grow up and do adult things is like realizing our little siblings are not so little anymore. Miley Cyrus has become the poster child of this, and even Dakota Fanning's new beau caused a tiny tizzy. Now, Abigail Breslin's new boo has us coming to terms with her newfound maturity.

Little Miss Sunshine is dating Jack Barakat, All Time Low's lead guitarist and singer. The two met after one of Barakat's concerts in April and were recently together at the premiere party of Breslin's new film, Ender's Game. It's all fun and games, really, but, for whatever reason, their eight-year age difference is causing a hangup. With her being 17 and he 25, there's no legal issue, though. She's certainly not too young for him, nor is he too old. Sure, if this was real life and not celebrity, he'd be presumably out of college and her finishing high school, but it's not. Both are business people who've been controlling their careers longer than most people do before they even graduate to higher education. Whether it's a fling or something more, age is a trivial detail. It's more unnerving to think of little Olive with her twee glasses all grown-up, but hey, perhaps we're old fashion in that sentiment.
