Introducing The Hunger Games Subway Sandwich And The End Of Irony

Honestly, if we need to explain the inherit wrongness in this bold branding concept to you, then you've probably neither seen nor read The Hunger Games.
Just so we're all on the same page, The Hunger Games is about teenagers killing each other in a televised spectacle so that their friends and family can eat. Subway, on the other hand, sells sandwiches to order, in both five-inch and foot-long varieties alongside a selection of cookies and chips. Do you see what we're getting at here? No? There's just no helping you.
That said, the "fiery footlong" sriracha chicken melt does look tempting. It's a "revolution" in bold taste! (io9)
