When paying tribute to the classic 1989 film When Harry Met Sally, people typically do so in one of two ways: They either insert the "you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible" quote in their Facebook profiles, or they simply stay home and watch it every weekend because it is, after all, one of the greatest movies of all time. But, local comedy group Improv Everywhere decided it was time to up the ante.
The group's "Movies In Real Life" campaign recreates an iconic scene from film once a week, and where better to start than the one that inspired, "I'll have what she's having?" As a result, 20 female troop members reenacted the iconic orgasm scene at none other than Katz's Deli.
As we suspected, an entire room of women simultaneously feigning climax isn't too far off from the courtroom scene in The Crucible. But, the employees at Katz's had no idea this was going to take place, and so their reactions — as well as the patrons' — are quite enjoyable. (Gothamist)
