We caught up with the actress when she was in New York promoting the film and talked everything from parenting in Hollywood, the necessary death of Charlie Countryman, and even a little 10 Things I Hate About You nostalgia. "The female protagonist was kind of a badass, kind of unlikeable. I think our film is similar that way in that for a romantic comedy, it's a little more edgy," Wood reveals of the 10 Things sequel she's starring in. "The protagonists aren't always likable, but I think that's what's great about it." Say no more! You had us at "badass" female lead.
