Shibori Meets Souk: Check Out Urban Outfitters’ New Noodle Collaboration

Starting with the goods from our own home turf, heritage prints have exploded in the home-design scene, from Southwestern Navajo blankets to indigo-dyed denim coverlets to tropical Aloha patterns. However, from beyond our borders lies a literal world of prints, and textile expert Soup Home has dedicated its business to bringing the best of the world's folk fabrics to your home. Collaborating for the second time with Urban Outfitters, their union — called Noodle — travels to Japan and Morocco for an organic, sustainable, ethically sourced collection of shibori prints, carpet pillows, and a paillette‎-covered wedding blanket. The collection will retail for $69 to $799 and will be available online and in stores this month.
