Mini Preen Collection Is The Stuff Of Childhood Dreams

Preen by Thornton Bregazzi, the It label and one of the hottest tickets during London Fashion Week, has us wishing we were six-years old again. On Saturday, January 25, designers Thea Bregazzi and Justin Thornton are launching their first foray into childrens' wear with Mini Preen. And, super cute does not even cover it.
The debut collection is a whimsical display of colour, print, and texture. It’s no surprise the duo cite the adult resort '14 collection as the principal inspiration, along with Bregazzi’s own childhood memories of wearing matchy-matchy outfits with her mother.
We'd like the forget-me-not print dresses, bell-shaped skirts, and cobalt-blue cocoon coats in our spring wardrobe. But, as these looks are party styles for very, very lucky little girls, we’ll have to make do just browsing the lookbook, while saving up for a piece or two from the main range.
If you want to treat your own little one to something from Mini Preen, head to Selfridges, which will be selling the collection. In New York Mon Petit will be stocking looks from the label, as well. So, is it wrong to be jealous of children?
