But, actually, last Friday night Katy and her boo, John Mayer, were spotted leaving their Valentine's Day dinner with Ms. Perry wearing a gold band on her ring finger. (You can check it out for yourself over here.)
The duo dined at The Sunset Tower Hotel in L.A. to celebrate the holiday. Mayer looked typical, in some sort of white tee and blue jeans combo, and Katy was clean-cut and cute in a high-waisted, polka-dot skirt, plus a V-Day tiara, obviously.
A move toward marriage may be in Katy's cards. Since the release of "Roar," late last summer, the teenage dreamer has traded in candy canes and lollipops for combat boots and black-leather accents, as well as songs with deep bass lines featuring Juicy J. Katy seems to be pulling her head out of the cotton-candy clouds and taking full control over her post-Brand reality, with both grit and grace.
Rumors have been fluttering around for a while about a potential engagement between Katy and John. Though they took a break last year, the two seem like quite the "Legendary Lovers" today. (ONTD)
