Why Pantsuits Are Awesome, According To Ellen DeGeneres

Lupita Nyong'o, the angelic being that she is, wowed in her one-of-a-kind, pleated Prada gown. And, Emma Watson proved a winner in her sporty Vera Wang frock as well. But, how can we not mention Ellen DeGeneres and her dazzling array of custom Saint Laurent pantsuits? Let's be honest: Nobody rocks a glittery tuxedo blazer harder than Ellen. And, for her Oscars-hosting duties, she didn't disappoint, sartorially or otherwise.

So, even though she had us craving pizza more than usual today, we're actually lusting more over the sleek, white, menswear-inspired look DeGeneres wore to serve all of that cheesy goodness to her star-studded audience. Oh, and the blue, velvety number she chose for her opening monologue. Which has us rethinking the monopoly skirted bottoms have on formal occasions. Perhaps we, too, will go the Ellen route for our next big night out — complete with a killer pair of kicks, of course.
