The How I Met Your Mother star is gearing up for his new Broadway role, playing the eponymous lead in the musical adaptation of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, which starts previews on April 22. This first reveal obtained by Entertainment Weekly shows just how committed he is to playing the transsexual East German rock star. Blonde wig? Check. Booty shorts? Check. Fishnets and foxy platform heels? Check. (Would you get a look at those legs?)
Every taste we get, we're more and more pumped to see NPH take the stage in this daring role. "I’m in the craziest couture outfits, and I’ve got all this makeup on," he tells EW. "But, they made me custom heels, so at least those fit well."
