Peaches Geldof, the London socialite and daughter of Bob Geldof and Paula Yates, has died at the age of 25.
"We are beyond pain," her father said, according to the BBC. "She was the wildest, funniest, cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us."
The cause of death has not yet been specified. The BBC notes that she was found dead at her home in Kent, England, but that the case is still "being treated as unexplained and sudden."
Geldof, a journalist and model, updated her Twitter and Instagram accounts in the last 24 hours with photos of her children and husband, Thomas Cohen. Geldof was the mother of two sons, Astala and Phaedra, who were born in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
Geldof was a well-known name in both Britain and abroad. She began writing as a teenager for the U.K. edition of Elle Girl in 2004 as well as contributing to The Daily Telegraph and The Guardian. She was especially known in fashion circles for her High Street sense of style and was a front-row fixture during London Fashion Weeks, including the most recent one.
We'll update this post as the story develops. (BBC)
