Julia Louis-Dreyfus Brings The Funny In New Issue of Marie Claire

Today is a good one for fans of Julia Louis-Dreyfus (aka everyone on Earth). Earlier today, HBO announced that they've renewed her hit show Veep for a fourth season, and now we have your first look at a hilarious new Q&A with the actress in the May issue of Marie Claire.
What does one ask the reigning queen of comedy? Only the weightiest, most profound questions, of course. "Ten eggs over medium, a loaf of bread, and half a grapefruit,” Louis-Dreyfus responds when asked what her standard breakfast is. If you thought that was a tough one, check out the actress' response to the question of what makes her nervous. "A wild animal is about to attack me, or if I have to make a toast at a party," she responds, tongue planted firmly in cheek, we're sure.
In fact, all of Louis-Dreyfus' responses seem to border on the absurd — because true comedians can't help but bring the funny. When asked about her about her first real job, Louis-Dreyfus recalls a particularly sticky summer. "I was an ice cream scooper at Swensen’s Ice Cream Parlor in Washington, D.C. Great workout for the arms," she said. "I didn’t know how to work the cash register and subsequently quit/got fired. My boss was an 18-year-old d*ck.”
While most of her responses seem to be said in jest, we hope that last one was true, because Julia Louis-Dreyfus and ice cream is what we imagine heaven must look like. (Marie Claire)
