We didn't see it coming, but it looks like Adam Levine has gone and pulled a Miley. Happily, we're just referring to his new platinum pixie. We'll keep an eye out for any twerking or tongue-wagging, however.

The Maroon 5 rocker showed off his bleached locks (and his fiancée, Behati Prinsloo) in a selfie posted on Twitter yesterday. "Apocalypse prep course complete," he wrote of his new look, which has a very Billy-Idol-meets-Spike-from-Buffy vibe, no?

According to the Begin Again star's stylist, it's the summer, not the apocalypse that Levine is prepping for. "With summer months coming up we wanted to do something totally drastic and different from his previous styles so we bleached it,” Shampoo on 3rd Hair Salon owner Shaul Arbiv told People. “I have been working with Adam for a long time and he likes to change up his style often.”
