Move over, Gwyn. There may be a new celebrity lifestyle guru on the verge.
Sure, Gisele Bündchen hasn't gone so far as to launch her own website, but she did give a pretty health-conscious interview to Food & Wine.
The supermodel offered up her POV on all sorts of day-to-day dealings, from keeping a zero-waste household to making all-natural snacks for her son. Apparently, Benjamin Brady is a big fan of fruit leather, self-made from a dehydrator, of course. "My son is so proud," she tells the magazine. "He goes to school and tells all his friends he made his own snack."

Her son isn't her only little helper at home — Bündchen's also got chickens. "We have very little waste because the chickens eat all the vegetable scraps, and anything they won't eat, I put in my compost pile with the chicken poo," the model says.
When she's not composting chicken waste, she's making her own goop-tastic drinks. But, it seems her recipes might be a little more fun than Paltrow's. "I make an aloe-lemon drink that's pretty healthy, but you could add tequila," she says. "Juice three lemons, peel fresh aloe, add a teaspoon of coconut nectar, and a gallon of water, and blend it."
Throw in some overpriced gift guides, and there you have the start of a budding lifestyle brand. You're welcome, Gisele. (Food & Wine)
