Jay Z & Beyonce Break The Internet With Run Trailer

Scandal? What scandal?
Last night, while most of us were either very asleep or very inebriated, Jay Z and Beyonce made us all forget about the elevator incident heard 'round the world by releasing an epic short film/trailer/music video for their upcoming On The Run tour.
The nearly four-minute clip features the husband and wife duo in full on outlaw mode, a motif they seem to turn to whenever their careers intersect.
While we're not really sure what or who they're running from, Jay Z and Beyonce seem hell-bent on reminding us that they're very rich, very dangerous, and very in love. They also want us to know that they're very famous, as evidenced by the gaggle of celebrities recruited to join them in the Melina Matsoukas-directed clip. Among the famous faces are Sean Penn, Don Cheadle, Guillermo Díaz, Emmy Rossum, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Rashida Jones, and Kidada Jones.

If it sounds a tad self-indulgent, that's because it is, especially the initial disclaimer that if you're over 17, you can't watch without a curator present.
Full disclosure: Our only curator friend is off curating somewhere, so we watched it alone. As you can see, we're fine. The On The Run tour gets underway June 25 at Sun Life Stadium in Miami. Check out the clip below.
