Call us jaded, but we've come to take the term "sample sale" with a grain of salt. Sometimes, you show up and it's fashion gold. Other sales are so overwhelming and expensive, you can't even be bothered to try something on. Lucky for you, the Tibi Sample Sale that opened its doors today falls squarely into the former category.

The floor has samples that range from $15 (yes, $15) to $150 — and that price cap even includes the leather goods. We spotted some of the signature pieces — desert-print sweaters, floor-length gowns, and patterned pants — that trend-hounds will gobble up quickly, as well as some summer staples by way of flat sandals (just $75), and silk tops. Best of all, there are two large tables of rummage bins full of samples for $25. Shoes that never went into production can be snatched if you're a size 37, but they're going fast; there's only one pair of each. Overall verdict: SCORE.
